As we provide a broad range of IT services we have 3 very diffferent customer journeys that bring with it a vast range of expecations, rights, responsibilities, risk and complexity to deliver a consistent right first time experiencew for our customers.

Based on the type of service you buy from us determines the specific terms and conditions, operations and delivery priocesses we have put in place a series of checkpoints we use to inform, educate and explain risks you may not have even considered before we were engaged by you to help you.

A good example is how we pay particular attention to your personal data and information that we become exposed to asd part of the service delivery and how we can help you b etter manage that, givijg you peace of mind around the protection of your dayta and the rights and responsibilities we both have.
