From time to time, we may issue promotional offers to the public, targetted customer groups or businesses to redeem for a discount on a future purcahse with us. These promotions we collectively refer to as our ‘Customer THanks Offers’ due to their intent to reward loyalty, build strong and trusted relationships with our customers offering them a thanks for this loyalty.

These offers are given at the discretion of us. An offer will always be made with the following attributes:

• our business name and logo displayed on the offer card;
• the redeemable value of the offer;
• the expiry date of the offer;
• a short description of offer;
• an identifiyable offer code;
• a link to our website listing the full set of terms and conditions.

Redeemable Value – the value offered to you under these terms and conditions. The value may be either a discount for a future purchase from us or a specific value (in Australian dollars) of a product or service of ours made to you. Any offer made is not transferrable (unless specifically stated on the offer card), can not be used towards a current quote or invoice from us and not redeemable for cash.

Expiry Date – the offer has an expiry date, after which the offer becomes null and void. For an offer to be valid, you must redeem the offer before the expiry date by either (1) placing an order with us thorough our website, entering the offer code in your order during the checkout stage, or (2) providing the offer code when requesting a quote from us. If the offer code is valid, we will include the redeemable value in the quote we provide to you. Expired offers can not be redeemed when paying an invoice.

Description – a brief statement of the offer details, such as the redeemable value, expiry date, and a thank-you for your business so far.

Offer Code – this is how we track offers, who they are made to and the details on the card (ie: redeemable value, expiry date, etc). For privacy reasons, we keep a copy of the offer code in our records, so we can link you to the offer. Some offers are transferrable, some are not. You must include the offer code in your orders with us when ordering online or requesting a quote. If an order is valid and accepted the relevant value will appear on your invoice and the quote requested.

Note: your offer remains valid through until the expiry date, therefore if you redeem an offer, we present a quote to you but you decide to not proceed with that particular quote, the offer still remains valid until you complete a valid purchase under the offer terms and the expiry date has not passed. Our offers are single use offers and once used can not be used again.

If an offer code is not accepted by us, we will inform you as to which of the above term(s) is not valid.

These terms and conditions are our master terms and conditions for all Customer Thanks Offers we make. On your offer card will be a link to the specific terms and conditions for your offer. The terms and conditions of the offer will be (1) the terms and conditions listed on this page above, and (2) any offer specific terms relevant to the offer made. Some examples of specific terms may include, but not limited to product/service specifics, discount caps, minimum spend, etc.
