Note: all VMs are configured so that only 1 user at a time can login and use. If the VM is busy, the login screen will ask if you wish to let the other user know you are wanting to login.

If your login is unsuccessful, the VM may not be active. Check the Service Status Page for more information and for instructions to reset or turn on the VM.
